The personnel was absolutely friendly and affable. The hotel was in an unbeatable and excellent location close to marina and town. Lucky that it was within a close distance from Wok Express, offering food to go.

The location was fantastic, with a restaurant right in the building and easy access to a charming maze of stairs and cafes, plus it was conveniently near the Chapel of the Bells.

Hotel overlooked river and the room was spotless and beautiful. The staff was fantastically friendly. The location was magnificent because it was close to a maze of stairs, local shops, activities and Brockville. We had lunch at nearby Shawarma Garden, tried their fast food options. We loved the breakfast.

What a helpful and excellent staff, they gave us an absolutely gorgeous room with great view and a nice kitchen, as for instance. A fridge and a cooker worked well. The hotel's location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect in the restaurant in the building;))

Plus, the amenities in the room were fantastic, adding to the overall comfort. the venue's location is remarkable, right in the heart of Jackson, making it a perfect base for exploring.

I recently stayed at the Tall Ships Landing and had a fantastic experience. Our family vacation was made even better by the excellent location of the hotel, with easy access to attractions such as the Aquatarium. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including a washer and dryer. The suite was spotless and felt like we were the first ones to stay there. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with lovely sheets. And of course, the highlight was the beautiful view of the St Laurence River from the living room window. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was top-notch.
